Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with Hypnotherapy

CBT with Hypnotherapy is shown in meta studies to be 70% more effective that CBT alone.

CBT looks at our patterns and habits of thinking and how these affect our psychological well-being.

These patterns are often learnt or picked up unconsciously throughout our life as a response to life-circumstances, the environment we grew up in and the thinking patterns of adults around us.

Using a style of CBT called Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy we can get to the heart of key underlying, unhelpful thinking patterns that are now causing unease or distress.

Using Hypnotherapy and somatic release techniques, we can help to lift these from the deep place they lie and replace them with healthier ways of thinking.
